We are a home builder specializing in custom designed Energy Star compliant modular homes. Our homes are built to the same construction codes used on all site built homes. We are based in Lansing, MI and build throughout the lower peninsula.
We offer ranch, cape cod, and two story homes in sizes from 900 to over 3000 square feet. We can customize one of our over 175 plans or build from your plan. Our homes are built indoors under controlled conditions in Nappanee and Middlebury, Indiana and delivered to your site. Our top quality system built homes are built by Heckaman Homes, Pinnacle Building Systems, and Indiana Building Systems.
