We specialize in custom designed modular homes built to the same construction codes used on all site built homes. We offer ranch, cape cod, and two story homes in sizes from 1064 to over 3000 square feet. We can customize one of our over 100 plans or build from your plan.

Our homes are built indoors under controlled conditions in Nappanee and Bristol, Indiana and delivered to your site. We are proud to offer top quality modular homes built by Heckaman Homes and Pinnacle Building Systems.

We invite you to visit us to see our models. We are open Monday through Friday, 10 to 6, Saturday, Noon to 6, and Sunday, Noon to 4. We invite you to visit us during these hours or to call us for an appointment if another time is better.
